As part of Quantum’s ongoing engagement with members in the Delaray community and the increasing number of new lots settlements, we wanted to take this opportunity to provide an overview of the Delaray Masterplan Community Structure. This includes the Management Structure and the role and responsibilities of the Quantum team in performing management services for your community and Club.
Delaray Structure

Delaray is a unique residential community where members will, through their membership of the Owners Corporation, have access to Club Delaray. The owners corporation within Delaray has been active since the first lots settled, with your fees currently being paid by Villawood.
