Our much-loved Monday yoga sessions with Cathryn are making a return for Term 3, but with fresh new start times to better suit your evening flow.
Whether it’s your little one striking a pose or you’re chasing a calmer start to the week, both Kids and Adult Yoga classes are here to bring balance, movement, and a little Monday magic back into your routine.
KIDS YOGA
Stretch, Smile & Shine – Yoga Magic for Mini Yogis!
We've added a little extra wiggle room to your Monday afternoons - our Kids Yoga now starts at 5:00 PM!
That’s 15 more minutes to finish homework, find that missing shoe, or just breathe before the calm begins.

Join Cathryn each week for a joyful yoga session designed especially for kids. Expect a mix of playful poses, fun breathing techniques, music, and games that help build strength, flexibility, focus, and emotional calm in a supportive, smile-filled space.
Whether your child is brand new to yoga or already a pint-sized pro, this class is the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness.

ADULT YOGA

And for the adults. we’ve shifted the start time to 6:00 pm, so you can squeeze in some serenity a little sooner. Your nervous system will thank you.

Join Cathryn for a grounding yoga session designed to melt away the Monday madness. Through a calming mix of movement, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and far less inclined to glare at your inbox.
Each class offers:
