MONDAY | ADULT YOGA
Ease into the week with intention and calm. Cathryn’s Monday evening yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect with your body after the rush of the day.
Each session blends gentle flows, strengthening poses, balance work, and guided relaxation, supported by mindful breathing and moments of stillness.
Suitable for all levels, these classes offer a welcoming space to build flexibility, strength, and inner calm, whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice.

Delaray Chess Club welcomes players aged 5 and up, from beginners to more experienced strategists.

Parents or carers are encouraged to assist where possible, helping create a supportive learning environment.
