Unauthorised Club Access

We have recently become aware of groups of children and teenagers accessing Club Delaray and using the pool and other facilities without authorisation.

These individuals are not inducted residents or family members and, in some cases, are not old enough to access the facilities independently.

Unfortunately, many of these incidents are occurring outside staffed hours. Individuals have been observed waiting near the Club entrance and following residents inside as they enter, gaining unauthorised access before the door closes.

While most areas of the Club require a valid access card, the situation becomes more concerning when unauthorised individuals are allowed into restricted areas such as the pool, gym, and other facilities by residents swiping them through secure access points.

Important Reminder

Help Us Keep the Club Safe

We ask all residents to work together to prevent unauthorised access and ensure Club facilities remain available to inducted residents and their authorised family members.

If someone is unable to access the Club, please do not feel obligated to let them in. Your access card is provided for your personal use, and anyone authorised to use the Club should have their own valid means of access.

If you notice a group of unauthorised children or teenagers inside the Club, please notify staff as soon as possible. If this occurs outside staffed hours, please call the police immediately.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all Club Delaray residents and their families.

Let’s work together to protect our Club and its facilities.

Kind regards,
Club Delaray Management
