Club Delaray has a hirable space that is available to residents only. The room can accommodate up to 100 persons.

FUNCTION TIMES:

  • Sunday – Thursday: 8.00am until 10.00pm (Conditions apply)
  • Friday – Saturday: 8.00am until 12.00pm (Conditions apply)

(must be concluded, cleaned and departed by closing time)


CATERING:
Cafe Deoro have direct access to the function room to provide catering for your function.  For a personally tailored catering package contact the Cafe Deoro on info@deoroandco.com.au 

NOTICE:
Only Delaray residents or lot owners are permitted to book the Function Room. 
People who are not residents or lot owners will not be permitted to book the function room under any circumstances. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • The Function Centre is available to be booked by all financial Residents of Delaray.
  • Each Lot is entitled to 2 x bookings per financial year.
  • Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Maximum Occupancy of 100 people is permitted.
  • The hirer must be in attendance during the function at all times and is responsible for all guests.
  • 14 days notice in advance is requested for any function.
  • A Bond of $250 is required when making a booking and must be paid within seven (7) days to secure the booking.
  • All Functions will be charged a cleaning fee. The standard fee is currently $131 Incl. GST.
  • Functions that are serving Alcohol & run after 6 pm will require 1 x Security Guard per 50 guests to be in attendance. Functions without Alcohol but with more than 50 guests will require security to be in attendance. This will be charged accordingly.
  • The Function room will be required to be restored to its original layout upon departure. 

 

** Hirers must leave the premises at the same standard as they found them, and Club Staff will inspect the Function Room at the completion of the function. If the Function Room is left in an unsatisfactory standard or is damaged, photographic evidence will be supplied, and any costs deducted from your bond payment. 

**Deductions from the Hirers bond for cleaning costs will be charged at standard rates

**If damage costs exceed your bond payment, the Hirer will be invoiced for any additional work required.

**Please note payments for cleaning and security services provided at Club Delaray functions are subject to CPI increases at the commencement of the 1st of July.

**Inflatables (Jumping castle etc.) and entertainers (DJ, Face painters ETC.) are only permissible when hired through 3rd party providers and must include a ‘public liability insurance’ certificate by the company and sent through to Club Delaray staff no later than 14 days prior to your function date.
