Dear Members,

We warmly invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting of Delaray Owners Corporation No 1 Plan of Subdivision 730320K to be held on, Thursday 16th October 2025 via the Online Meeting Zoom Platform at 6:00pm. 

Members are required to register in advance (at least 24hrs prior) for this meeting, by clicking the below link.

If you have previously opted to receive your correspondence via mail, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and other applicable documents will be posted out to you. Should you not receive your copy of the meeting notice please don't hesitate to contact our office. 

For members who have opted to receive their correspondence electronically, this newsletter serves as the notice of meeting and the issuance of the AGM documents.

If you are unable to attend, the Minutes of the meeting will be posted or emailed to you.

You also have the right to appoint a proxy. The prescribed proxy form is included in the AGM Pack for you to complete and return to our office.

** Please note if you are in arrears for any amounts owing to the owners corporation you are unable to vote at the meeting.

Each year at the Annual General Meeting, the Owners Corporation invites community-focused members to join the Delaray Committee.

Over the past years, the Delaray Committee has ushered in many successful initiatives for the benefit of the community, and are excited to receive nominations from members who can contribute their ideas and expertise to the Owners Corporation for the upcoming financial year.

If you are interested in joining and contributing to the Delaray No 1 Owners Corporation Committee, please fill in the Committee Nomination Form included in your AGM Pack or by clicking on the link below and email the form to us at delaray@quantumunited.com.au.

Nominations can also be received verbally if the member is present at the AGM.

Please note: If a lot owner is in arrears for any amount of fees or other amount owing to the Owners Corporation, the owner is not eligible to be elected as a member of the Committee. 



If a lot owner is a member of the Committee and any amount comes into arrears, that member is suspended as a member of the Committee until the amount is paid.

If you have any questions in relation to the documents or information attached to this notice, including the annual financial statements, please forward them to our office 48 hours prior to the meeting.
