The Delaray Community presentation team head out and about inspecting the streets of Delaray weekly - if you see them, don't forget to give them a friendly wave!
To ensure that Delaray is kept looking fabulous and a place we are all proud to call home, residents are asked to become familiar with the OC Rules around the appearance of their lot and ensure that their lot is kept in line with these rules, whether it is vacant or fully developed.
The most common non-compliance matters that are being noted are unkempt nature strips & front gardens and bins that are left out in view. A friendly reminder to please ensure that your nature strip and front landscaping is well maintained at all times and wheelie bins are promptly brought in and placed out of sight (public view) after bin collection has occurred each week.
If you receive a non-compliance notice from our team, this is just a friendly reminder/notification that an area of your lot needs attention.
