As we launch into 2025, we take pride in reflecting on the vibrant year we’ve had at Club Delaray.
From bustling classes and events to facility upgrades and member milestones, our community continues to flourish. With 1,648 members as of August 2024, Delaray has truly grown into a hub of connection and activity.
Behind the scenes, dedicated teams work together to ensure the smooth running of the club and its community.
Club Delaray Ltd, as the landlord and legal entity of the club, entrusts Quantum Corporate Services with overseeing its management and administration.
Quantum CM Solutions brings their expertise to on-site residential club management, while Quantum United Management supports the broader community by managing the owners corporations within Delaray, guided by their respective elected committees.
The club's facilities have seen incredible engagement, with thousands of visits to the gym, pools, and function space. This success reflects the collective effort of our members, staff, and management teams to create a thriving community. Thank you for being an essential part of this journey, and we look forward to another successful year ahead.

Issued 23 bulletins throughout the year, sharing updates on events, classes, and community news.
Additional events like trivia nights, magic shows, and movie days added to the community’s calendar.
Plans for next year include favourites like Halloween, Christmas, and Easter celebrations, as well as expanded school holiday programs.
FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS
- Gym: The most popular facility, with over 34,000 visits.
- Pools: A favourite during warmer months, with 16,000 attendances.
- Function Room: Hosted 101 bookings, providing a versatile space for residents.
- Tennis Court and Parents' Room: Continued to be well-loved by members, offering spaces for recreation and relaxation.
This year also saw key upgrades, including new pool monitoring equipment, painting of the multipurpose room and foyer, and a Wi-Fi network upgrade to enhance member experiences.
